Employee of the month?

We don’t have employees of the month at AJ but if we did we’d award one to Elliott Astles. Why you ask?  

 

Elliott, just 17 yrs old and blessed with a broad Somerset brogue, wrote to us completely out of the blue asking whether there were any openings for him to start a career in advertising.  We liked the tone of his letter and offered him a five day trial at the agency to see how he got on. 

 

We were enormously impressed by his punctuality, spotless attire, politeness and sheer enthusiasm.  In fact, we were so pleased that we promptly extended his trial for another few months to see whether his tireless work-ethic really was for real or just a one week wonder…..

 

The result?  Elliott is now a full time member of staff at AJ.  His cheery personality and willingness to work hard haven’t faltered and we couldn’t think of a better trainee to work for us.  In fact, his courtesy has touched more than a few hardened AJ media buyers!  All we can say is ‘keep it up Elliott and keep your standards to the benchmark you’ve already set yourself’.
